On June 19, 2020 in Hanoi, KTG Industrial Managed by BKIM participated in the annual Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum coordinated by CIEM (Ministry of Planning and Investment), Thuong Gia Magazine. jointly organized with the Vietnam Real Estate Association – VNREA, the Central Institute for Economic Management Research on a nationwide scale, focusing on the most important and hottest issues of industrial real estate. The forum is exchanged in 5 languages: English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese.

On the morning of May 10, KTG Industrial Managed by BKIM  in collaboration with Colliers International (D&P Real Estate Services Company Limited) successfully organized the first workshop with the theme “Industrial Tour ” at Tam Phuoc A Industrial Park – Dong Nai with the participation of nearly 20 domestic and foreign businesses such as Korea, Japan, China from many different industry groups that are in need of renting warehouses, factory in Vietnam to serve production.
