On Monday, November 16, 2020 in Nhon Trach 2 – Nhon Phu Industrial Park, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam) started construction of Phase 2A of Boustead Industrial Park (BIP). Mr. Tran Quang Trung – General Director of Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam) presided over a groundbreaking ceremony that was attended by Mr. Dang Trong Duc, CEO of KTG Industrial – representative of co-manager in this project, representatives of CBRE, JLL, Savills, Colliers and many other agents, partners in the industrial real estate industry.
Phase 1 of BIP was completed in November 2019 and is fully occupied. Phase 2A of BIP comprises ready-built factories comprising a total area of approximately 38,000 square meters in gross floor area (GFA).
BIP is an 18.69-ha development comprising of ready-built factories and build-to-suit industrial facilities located in Nhon Trach 2 – Nhon Phu, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province which is next to Ho Chi Minh City. The factory is surrounded by key transportation infrastructure with three main ports, two expressways and the future international airport of the Southern Key Economic Zone (SKEZ). Here, industrialists will not only operate in facilities which have been built and managed according to high-level Singapore standards but also benefit from reliable one-stop services from front-end consultation to recurring assistance throughout the investment lifecycle.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Trung shared that “Providing the industrial real estate market of Vietnam with international standard factories and warehouses has always been the relentless focus of Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam).
