Industrial and logistics center phase A invested, built and leased by KTG Industrial, has almost completed construction of 90%, while it handed over to businesses to prepare to put into operation and production. The average area of factories and warehouses stage 1 ranges from 2,000 square meters, 7 meters in height and a floor load of 1.5 tons / m2. The work ensures construction in accordance with standards, infrastructure, adequate utilities and services, meeting the needs of businesses in operation and production. KTG Bac Ninh Industrial and Logistics Center phase B with flexible leasing area from 2,400 – 6,560 square meters. In addition to similar products of phase A, the special feature of phase B is the launch of Mini factory that can divide units from a minimum unit of 800 square meters to serve businesses of small and medium-scale production, wishing to expand their business with a reasonable budget and to serve foreign investors to open small factories to explore the market and investment environment before deciding to make long-term investments in Vietnam. Accumulated to the end of 2018, the province attracted about 1,300 valid FDI projects with a total investment capital of 17.2 billion USD.
