BW Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Hub is a two story logistics and ready-built factory complex developed by BW Industrial. The project spans approximately 122,000 m² and is located in Ben Luc district, Long An province.
The project enjoys a strategic location, approximately 50 minutes from the southern area of Ho Chi Minh City and around 75 minutes from Cat Lai Port, helping businesses optimize transportation and distribution operations [3].

The project has been developed in accordance with LEED standards and integrates rooftop solar power systems together with electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational carbon emissions.
Its strategic location provides convenient connectivity to major transportation networks, including expressways, seaports, and airports, ensuring seamless and efficient supply chain and logistics operations.
