On the morning of September 19, 2019 at the KTG office, the handover ceremony of the factory of KTG Bac Ninh Industrial and Logictics Center project in Yen Phong Industrial Park (phase A) took place successfully, thereby officially increasing the number of industrial properties that the Group owns and manages in key economic areas of the country.
KTG Bac Ninh Industrial and Logictics Center project phase Aphase A in Yen Phong Industrial Park was officially handed over by KTG Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (KTG Industrial) and Hicon Investment Joint Stock Company. The handover ceremony was held in a sincere and cozy atmosphere with the participation of representatives of the two parties, Mr. Duong Van Hoai – Chief of Project Management Board – KTG Industrial representative and Mr. Tran Viet Anh- Project Director – Hicon representative – main construction unit.

The work system of KTG Bac Ninh Industrial and Logictics Center project phase Aphase A in Yen Phong Industrial Park can be considered as a reliable choice because:

In addition to similar products of phase Aphase A, the special feature of phase B is the launch of Mini factory that can divide units from a minimum unit of 800 square meters to serve businesses of small and medium-scale production with reasonable cost.
