Situated about 16 km from central Hanoi, it enjoys a prime location adjacent to National Highway 1A and the Hanoi – Bac Giang Expressway.

VSIP Bac Ninh I is the first integrated industrial – urban – service park model in northern Vietnam. The infrastructure is comprehensively developed, featuring standardized water supply and drainage systems, electricity, telecommunications, and a wastewater treatment plant.

The industrial park has attracted a wide range of companies operating in electronics, high technology, and supporting industries, particularly from Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, forming a dynamic and sustainable manufacturing community.

4. Yen Phong I industrial park – 658.71 ha

Located in the center of Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh Province, Yen Phong I industrial park holds a strategic position—approximately 20 km from Noi Bai International Airport, adjacent to the Hanoi – Thai Nguyen Expressway and National Highway 18. This location enables seamless connectivity to Hanoi, northeastern provinces, seaports, and the airport, facilitating both domestic and international trade.

With a total area of 658.71 hectares, Yen Phong I is one of the largest and most efficiently operating industrial parks in Bac Ninh. It previously welcomed the Samsung Electronics complex — a key FDI project in Vietnam, which attracted hundreds of supporting companies in the electronics manufacturing sector.

Que Vo I industrial park is located in Que Vo District, Bac Ninh Province, covering approximately 640 hectares and has been developed since 2003. Positioned directly on National Highway 18 and near the Hanoi – Ha Long Expressway interchange, this industrial park benefits from significant transportation advantages, facilitating easy connections to Hai Phong Port, Quang Ninh, and Noi Bai International Airport.

The technical infrastructure at Que Vo I has been fully completed, including medium-voltage power supply, water supply and drainage systems, telecommunications, and a wastewater treatment plant meeting standards. Consequently, the park has attracted more than 90 investors, primarily from South Korea, Japan, and China, operating in sectors such as precision mechanics, electronics, component manufacturing, and processed food production. The occupancy rate has reached 90%, reflecting strong appeal and a stable investment environment.

Que Vo III industrial park is planned with a total area of 598 hectares, of which 530 hectares are allocated for industrial development and 68 hectares for supporting urban and service areas.

Thuan Thanh II industrial park in Bac Ninh covers an area of 304.405 hectares. Strategically located just 35 km from Hanoi, the park is also near major transport routes such as National Highway 38 and provincial road DT.280, ensuring convenient connectivity to neighboring areas.

In terms of technical infrastructure, the park is equipped with a 35 MVA power system, a water supply capacity exceeding 9,000 cubic meters per day, and a wastewater treatment system meeting Grade A standards.

Additionally, green spaces, water surfaces, and parking areas are well-planned to promote sustainable development. Currently, the industrial park has achieved a 100% occupancy rate.

12. Thuan Thanh III industrial park – 300 ha

Thuan Thanh III industrial park, covering 300 hectares, is planned with a modern layout following a sustainable development orientation. It is one of the newest industrial parks in Bac Ninh, receiving prioritized state investment in technical infrastructure and transportation connectivity.

With a favorable location near National Highway 17 and provincial roads, Thuan Thanh III is suitable for light industry, electronics, high technology, and supporting industries. As a result, this industrial park is attracting strong interest from both domestic and international investors.

Located in Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province, Gia Binh II industrial park covers an area of 261.84 hectares.

Thuan Thanh I industrial park spans 249.75 hectares, located in Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province. Its strategic position lies between key transport corridors such as National Highway 17 and near the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway. This industrial park primarily attracts clean technology, electrical-electronics, precision mechanics, and food processing industries.

Equipped with a comprehensive infrastructure system—including wide internal roads, electrical supply, water supply and drainage, and wastewater treatment meeting standards—this industrial park effectively supports large-scale production needs. Additionally, its proximity to residential areas and urban centers facilitates recruitment and long-term workforce stability.

16. Yen Phong II-C industrial park – 219.22 ha

Yen Phong II-C industrial park was established under Decision No. 545/QD-UBND dated September 10, 2019, with a planned area of approximately 219.22 hectares. The project is invested by Viglacera Corporation – JSC, with a total investment capital exceeding VND 2,234 billion.

With an operational duration of up to 50 years, the industrial park has completed its infrastructure and currently has a land occupancy rate of over 86%, demonstrating strong attractiveness to investors.

Strategically located with convenient transportation connections, Yen Phong II-C is only 1 km from the Noi Bai – Ha Long Expressway and near other major transport routes such as the Hanoi – Thai Nguyen Expressway (5 km) and Noi Bai International Airport (25 km), providing significant advantages for logistics and trade. The industrial park primarily attracts industries in processing, manufacturing, high technology, non-polluting production, and electronic assembly.

The infrastructure system at Yen Phong II-C is well-invested, including a high-capacity electricity supply system, water supply of 10,000 m³/day with expandable capacity up to 20,000 m³/day, centralized wastewater treatment facilities, and spacious internal transport routes that meet the needs of goods transportation and circulation.

Notably, the industrial park also features worker housing areas and life-supporting amenities such as medical stations, schools, and sports facilities, creating a healthy working and living environment for employees.

Typical projects within the industrial park include Amkor Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd., specializing in electronic chip manufacturing with an investment exceeding USD 1.6 billion, and KTG Industries (Vietnam), focused on factory leasing, alongside other projects in electronics, precision mechanics, and the automotive industry.

17. Yen Phong II-A industrial park – 151.27 ha

Yen Phong II-A industrial park covers a total area of 151.27 ha. It was established in February 2021 and is expected to operate until 2071.

With a current occupancy rate of about 20%, the industrial park still holds significant growth potential for the future. Additionally, Yen Phong II-A enjoys a strategic location near key transport routes such as Hanoi – Thai Nguyen expressway and Ha Long – Noi Bai expressway, enabling fast connections to major economic centers.

Specifically, the industrial park is located 23 km from Bac Ninh city center, 30 km from Hanoi, 16 km from Noi Bai international airport, 155 km from Lach Huyen international port, and 10 km from Samsung Bac Ninh factory.

18. Hanaka industrial park – 55.289 ha

Hanaka industrial park was initially planned with an area of 74.22 ha, but was later adjusted to 55.289 ha following decisions by the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province. This industrial park focuses on low-pollution industries such as garment manufacturing, mechanical engineering, electronic assembly, and light technology sectors.

However, according to the new plan, the industrial park will be converted into an urban area by 2045, aligning with Bac Ninh’s sustainable development goals. Currently, Hanaka industrial park has leased about 40% of its land, primarily to projects of member companies within the Hanaka group, while procedures for conversion to an urban area are underway.
