Following the success of the projects opening up the North market, KTG Industrial continues to promote to meet the increasing needs of businesses here with KTG Bac Ninh Industrial and Logictics Center in Yen Phong Industrial Park (expanded) phase B with a total scale of 60,000 square meters, which is invested by KTG Industrial and expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, including factories, and Mini factories. Participating in the groundbreaking ceremony, on the investor side, Mr. Dang Trong Ngon – General Director of KTG, Mr. Nguyen Chi Phung – Representative of KTG Industrial in the North, Mr. Dang Trong Nghia and Mr. Duong Van Hoai – Representative of the Project Management Board together with leaders of partnerships and contractors including, Mr. Trinh Van Huyen – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dinh Tan Construction Investment Corporation, Mr. Dang Quoc Chinh – General Director of the Tran Phu Electric Mechanical Joint Stock Company, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An – Deputy Director of Thien Hoa An Company.

Groundbreaking ceremony of KTG Bac Ninh Industrial and Logictics Center in the morning of July 18
KTG Bac Ninh Industrial and Logictics Center phase B is built in Yen Phong Industrial Park (expanded), Dung Liet Commune, Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh with flexible leasing area from 2,400 – 6,560 square meters. The work ensures construction in accordance with standards, infrastructure, adequate utilities and services, meeting the needs of businesses in operation and production. The spaces inside are cleverly arranged, and flexible leasing areas depend on the needs of the businesses.
In addition to similar products of stage 1, the special feature of phase B is the launch of Mini factory that can divide units from a minimum unit of 800 square meters to serve businesses of small and medium-scale production, wishing to expand their business with a reasonable budget and to serve foreign investors to open small factories to explore the market and investment environment before deciding to make long-term investments in Vietnam. On the other hand, this is a new product that is part of KTG Industrial’s product diversification strategy to meet the increasing needs of new, modern production processes, optimizing the area of space used.
In addition, all factories built in phase B can raise the floor to a 2-storey factory if the customer needs to use it. These factories are suitable for businesses that produce products with a low total weight, operating in high-tech, supporting industries, small and medium businesses currently using modern technologies and equipment with good treatment solutions for solid waste, wastewater, emissions, noise and vibration. This is an important improvement to help businesses save land resources, rental costs and investment budget when renting a multi-storey factory.
